I am a Registered and Canadian Clinical Counsellor (RCC/CCC) in Vancouver, helping adults struggling with depression, anxiety, high sensitivity, self-esteem, boundaries, relationship issues, and burnout.
Together, we increase your self-understanding and compassion, helping you become clear and confident about what needs to change so that you can live with more ease.
My primary therapy approaches include Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, and psychedelic-assisted therapy.

Depression is the body’s nervous system in a collapsed state of exhaustion. Together, we can identify and address the factors that have caused, or continue to cause, this state. Anxiety is the body’s nervous system in an activated state of fight, flight, or fix. In our work, we can identify and address the factors that are contributing to this state. If you struggle with boundaries, I am here to help. I understand the difficulty in fostering healthy boundaries when you are used to people pleasing and avoiding conflict. I can help you to understand how to recognize when you need a boundary, why they are valid and important, and how to begin to use them. Burnout is the body’s nervous system saying “no more.” It is important that we identify and address the factors that are contributing to this state. Whether they are psychological, environmental, or biological, we will be able to work together to address and mitigate their impact. I spent the majority of my life in burnout until I started to understand and address these factors in my own life. See the services I offer here.
My approach
My work is client-centred, trauma-informed, systemic and anti-oppressive. This means I track your system, moving in the direction and pace that is right for you. We approach the work in a safe manner, taking into account the great system of influences that are at play in your life.

About me
I have experienced and overcome depression, anxiety, and burnout. Due to this experience, I am passionate about healing and living well. I now live life slowly and mindfully, and really care about helping others find more peace. I delight in simple things, such as singing, reading, gardening, and walking with my dog.
